Rack-Scale AI, Engineered in Switzerland
The AMD Instinct MI455X GPU, built and deployed into production by dalco.
Inside the AMD Instinct™ MI455X
The MI455X pairs 432 GB of ultra-fast HBM4 memory with industry-leading low-precision compute, delivering up to 4x the 4-bit and 8-bit matrix performance of the previous-generation AMD Instinct MI355X. Built in a multi-chip package on TSMC 2nm/3nm process technology, it is designed from the ground up to operate as one of 72 GPUs inside a single AMD Helios rack, not as an isolated accelerator. DALCO engineers this into systems sized to the customer.
